Do you build on unimproved land?
Yes, we build in both developed neighborhoods and on unimproved land.

What are the territorial limits where Silverthorne will build?
We are an Indiana home builder so we will build within Indiana. Just ask our on your lost specialist for more information.

Will Silverthorne purchase the homesite for the customer and finance the cost of the home construction?
We will consider providing this service based on the total purchase price of the lot and final mortgage amount. We will require a minimum deposit of 10% of the total purchase amount.  Prior to Silverthorne's purchase of the lot and commencement of construction we will also require a mortgage pre-approved from a qualified lender.

Will Silverthorne build on a site requiring well and septic?
We will evaluate building on a site with well and septic on a case by case basis, as there are different variables for each home site municipality.

What neighborhoods can Silverthorne build?
Silverthorne can build in most open custom home communities where our home designs meet architectural requirements. Some neighborhoods may have charter builders and be exclusive to those builders.

Will Silverthorne help a customer find a homesite of their choice?
Yes. Our professionals are experts at market and site analysis and will provide this service to our valued customers.

Will Silverthorne consider building a plan I found on Pinterest?
Due to intellectual property law and copyrights, Silverthorne will not take on the risk of building a plan which is not part of our portfolio. However, our professionals would welcome the opportunity to review any plan brought to us so we can fully understand your specific needs. We may then recommend a solution within the Silverthorne Homes portfolio of plans. Our homes are designed to meet the needs of the Indianapolis market. Additionally, we offer a variety of ways to personalize each floor plan to meet your specific needs.
