Customer Assurance Contract

At Silverthorne Homes we know that building a new home is an exciting experience. The goal of the Silverthorne Homes' team is to have systems and procedures in place to make the building of your new home a positive experience.

What can the home buyer expect when they build with Silverthorne Homes?

WE PLEDGE:
  • That your home will meet or exceed all the standards set by the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI).
  • That all calls to us regarding your new home will be returned within one (1) business day by a Silverthorne Homes representative.
  • That your Sales Consultant will be in contact with you every two (2) weeks to provide details about your new home and to update you on any financial matters or concerns.
  • That once construction begins, your Construction Superintendent will be in contact with you weekly to update you and answer any questions you may have regarding the construction of your new home.
  • That after the framing stage, an on-site job board will be available should you have any questions or concerns for your Construction Superintendent, and that a response will be left in one (1) business day.
  • That we will have four (4) formal meetings with you regarding the construction of your new home: a pre-construction meeting, a pre-drywall meeting, an orientation and pre-closing meeting.
  • That 45 to 60 days after closing, your Construction Superintendent and Warranty Service Manager will visit your home to complete the customer courtesy call.
  • That a twenty-four (24) hour on call Customer Service person will be available to you for emergency warranty issues.
  • That for non-emergency warranty issues, your call to us will be returned within one (1) business day.
  • That a Warranty Service Manager will visit your home within five (5) business days after receiving your eleven (11) month request for service in writing.
